What if my submission is declined?
If we decline your submission before editing begins, we issue a full refund. For a cancellation or a change after work begins, contact us so we can review your order.
Do I need to send a finished article or images?
No. Entry can use your draft or a detailed product description. Growth and Featured include writing from your materials. Logos and screenshots are optional in every package.
How does the homepage promotion work?
Featured includes 30 days in the sponsored tool section on our homepage. The period starts when we complete publication. The section can show multiple sponsors. We do not promise a number of visits, sales or a position in editorial rankings.
