Information you choose to send

General contact is by email at [email protected]. We use the details you send to review and answer your message. The separate tool submission and partnership forms collect your name, email address, optional website, message, and permission to reply. A product URL is required for a tool submission. Form submissions are stored in a private WordPress inbox. Do not include sensitive personal information or passwords.

Technical data and spam protection

The form service uses a keyed hash of the network address supplied by our trusted reverse proxy to limit repeated submissions. It stores short-lived rate-limit records rather than adding that address to the inquiry. Hosting software may produce access and error logs; the production provider and log retention must be confirmed before launch.

Storage in your browser

Your comparison shortlist is kept in session storage in your browser. It is not an account or a server-side profile. Private editorial previews use a short-lived, HTTP-only cookie for access. Fonts are served by AIPicksy rather than a third-party font service.

Website analytics

The public AIPicksy website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and how readers navigate the site. The Google tag can set analytics cookies and sends usage information, such as page URLs, referring pages, and browser and device information, to Google. We do not add the names, email addresses, or messages submitted through our forms to analytics events. Local development and direct private editorial previews do not load the Google tag.

Retention and access

Form submissions are retained in the private inbox for up to 90 days before the daily maintenance task moves them to trash. WordPress is configured to remove trash after a further 30 days. Rate-limit records expire and are removed by daily maintenance. Server backups may retain older copies according to the hosting policy, which must be specified for production.

Questions and requests

Email [email protected] to ask about information you submitted or request correction or deletion. We may need enough context to identify the inquiry. We do not subscribe people to a mailing list through these forms.

External websites

Product and source links lead to other websites with their own privacy practices. Their pages do not load inside AIPicksy. Review their notices before entering information or purchasing a product.
